1. Service Description
Kill Tony Intel ("the Service") is a web application that provides structured data, contestant profiles, joke archives, and analytics tools related to the Kill Tony podcast. The Service processes publicly available YouTube transcripts using artificial intelligence to extract and organize information about podcast contestants.
Kill Tony Intel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Kill Tony, Tony Hinchcliffe, the Comedy Mothership, or any related entities.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription Plans and Payment
The Service offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file at the applicable rate.
Limited access to contestant names and appearance counts.
Full contestant profiles, joke transcripts, interview facts, and advanced search.
Everything in Fan Pro plus personal analytics and set history.
Full enterprise access including advanced tools, data pipeline, and team seats.
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
4. Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for paid plans. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial expires.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
- If you are unsatisfied within 14 days of your first paid subscription, contact us for a full refund.
6. Content Ownership and Disclaimer
All content on the Service, including AI-generated summaries, extracted data, and compiled profiles, is provided for informational purposes only. The underlying podcast content is the property of its respective owners. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly display Service content without permission.
AI Accuracy Disclaimer: Data on this platform is extracted from publicly available YouTube transcripts using artificial intelligence. AI extraction may produce errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We make no warranty as to the completeness or accuracy of any contestant data, joke transcripts, interview facts, or other content. Do not rely on this data for any purpose where accuracy is critical.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service in bulk.
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access.
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or content gating.
- Interfere with the Service's operation or security.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
